When space is limited and a large number of details are to be handled, this option is a good solution. Two full or half pallets, the robot picks up the components directly from pallets. You can stack the products on top of each other for a larger number of products in the cell. Vision camera is mounted in the center of the in pallet in order to locate the part.

Cylindrical part handling for small and medium size series. Simplicity permeates all parts, without compromising our quality requirements. The InFeeder is a compact unit built on a base plate, 1200 x 1800 mm. Here we have taken the operator interface to a higher level, entering the parts measurements before and after processing and the robot programming is made. Loading/unloading of parts is done through a rotary table, outside the robot area.

InLine S and M

Inbound-/outbound conveyor are placed upon each other for a compact solution. The details are guided with Vision when the robot grips the material inside your machine. This cell could easily be connected to two machines for Tempo 1 in one of them and Tempo 2 in the other, or just to double your production volume.

InLine L

Place your material on the inbound conveyor and loot on the outbound conveyor. Above the inbound conveyor is a Vision camera for guiding the robot when gripping the material. This solution is adapted to robot model and length of the conveyor belt after your requirements.

Place your pallet with material in a pallet tipper endowed with a sequence feeder. The guiding of details are made with Vision. Details that cannot be picked up are turned around and transported back. A rotating brush brushes away details located on top of each other. This solution is adapted to industrial robots as well as Gantry robots.
